About Us
Lifeline Academy, LLC was established in 2020 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The founder, Ambria Morris, started this business because she felt it was important for everyone to learn CPR and first aid. Ambria has encountered close personal experiences with illness and death related to heart disease within her family. Ambria sees this as her duty to help those who suffer from unexpected events such as cardiac arrest.​

Lifeline Academy delivers high-quality CPR, first aid and CBRF training. Our team of experienced instructors are certified by the American Heart Association (AHA) and the University of Green Bay Wisconsin. We have successfully trained individuals and organizations across various industries, including healthcare, education, recreation, and adult family homes. We service those who are required to receive certification for their profession or have the desire to learn CPR for their personal needs throughout the metro Milwaukee area. Our goal and priority are to prepare the community to save a life.
Lifeline Academy specializes in providing CBRF training to employees working in adult family homes and community based residential facilities. Our CBRF training covers essential areas such as medication administration, standard precautions, fire safety, first aid and choking. Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents. At the convenience of your staff our comprehensive CBRF training is offered in person at your facility or online via Zoom. Evaluation and testing will be completed in person.

Lifeline Academy CPR course offers in-person instruction at your facility as well as online. The blended option includes an online curriculum. After completing the online portion of the course an in-person skills evaluation delivered by an AHA CPR instructor will be conducted prior to receiving a completion card. This approach allows participants to complete a portion of the training online at their own pace. It ensures convenience and minimizes disruption to participants' schedules.
